Love Cookies

I made love cookies for my kids today. I used Lifestyle Crafts I heart you and banners& arrows. I put two love cookies in the Lifestyle Treat bag for my sweet husband. I also used the Nesting Scalloped Hearts. Then I stamped For you with Stampin Up Vintage Labels.   I did run into one problem I used Parchment Paper for the Treat bag it worked great but i could not find any adhesive to hold it together!  I'm open to any ideas.
